My views on relationships: People are people. They should be judged on merit, they should be judged on who they are, not what they are. Physical follows the mental. I’d rather talk about beliefs and values than stare at someone’s chest. I’d rather talk to a person than look at a body. It begins with being a person and ends with expressing the relationship. Too many people hold that you reach for the physical and you force the mental. I’d rather have the mental and gain the physical.
Music: They Might Be Giants is my favorite, after that everything is open. I ran music stores for four years, I’ve heard everything. However, let’s not put it into a box. “Hey, I listen to metal!” …. Because you’ll hear a classical piece you like, but might even shy away from it, because you’re such a metalhead. Whatever. I’ll listen to good music and share it with those who will listen.
“Dream Date”: Being with a person… ? Why do you have to seek the perfect place, and the perfect time, with the perfect sequences. It’s not going to happen. I’d rather strive to have a connection with someone and enjoy being with them. It’s about the person and not the place, or thing, or whatever. Surprise me and I’ll surprise you.
Hobbies: Reading, writing, philosophy, thinking, debating, watching movies, reading tarot cards (long story…), acting, public speaking, making a fool out of myself… and whatever else comes a long. It’s life–I live it.
